Dr. Theodora Lo B.Sc., N.D.

“What is called genius is the abundance of life and health.” – Henry David Thoreau

Dr. Lo believes that everyone deserves to have an abundance of life and an abundance of health. The steps we take to achieve this becomes our personal journey as we write the chapters to our life’s story. Life is a gift to us and we must treasure each moment as it comes and respect its lessons. Specializing in natural, non-toxic therapies, Dr. Lo focuses on establishing trust with each patient and teaches positive changes in habits, attitudes, and behaviours. Using techniques that are integrated with the science and knowledge of today’s health concerns, Dr. Lo will help you successfully create a healthier, more balanced life. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta and then graduated with her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Lo continually receives extensive training in European medical modalities and testing to improve therapeutic outcomes. Her specialties include:

Sandi Seto, B.Sc.PT, CAFCI, RCAMT

Sandi graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1986, with extensive postgraduate studies that included Certification in Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (1994) as well as a Diploma in Intermediate Manual and Manipulative Therapy (RCAMT).

She has over 25 years of clinical experience in orthopaedics (musculo-skeletal) and sport-related injuries.

Sandi’s interest in health and wellness has led her to become a Certified Advanced Mat Stott Pilates Instructor teaching many different levels and special populations for 8 years; she has also pursued specialized training in Ergonomics and enjoys complementing her practice with Office Ergonomic Consulting.

Sandi is an avid runner and has completed 15 marathons including an ultramarathon; she credits her first marathon experience in Dublin, Ireland, in support of the Arthritis Society, as providing her with the passion to promote an active and healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Judy Mazurin B.Sc., D.TCM, R.Ac.

Dr. Judy Mazurin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Chemistry from University of Victoria, and attained her Chinese Medical Doctorate from the Canadian College of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. She has also studied acupuncture in Sri Lanka, at the Open International University.

Judy strives to bridge the gap between Eastern and Western Medicines. In conjunction with Traditional Chinese Medicine, she has over 14 years in professional Health and Wellness coaching, along with using the following therapies: Sports Acupuncture and Rehabilitation, Facial Acupuncture, Dietary planning, Nutrition, Supplementation, Auriculotherapy, Herbal Therapy and Homeopathy. Judy has also taken countelss other holistic health and wellness classes and workshops.

In addition, Judy is an accomplished speaker who guides the way to an evolutionary and balanced approach to optimal health, and wellness. Her progressive approach to wellness, and her natural warmth and energy, allow her to easily communicate with the everyday layperson, her colleagues, and other medical professionals.

Judy believes the body has an inherent ability and amazing potential to heal itself provided it is supplied the correct tools, nutrients and healing therapies. She endeavours to provide people with a means to maintain optimum levels of health through integrity, vitality, and simplicity.

Optimal health is a means to accomplishing everything else in life. Combining proper nutrition, behavioural changes, exercise, spiritual and emotional growth with personal power will allow you to accomplish your goals and desires joyfully and with an abundance of energy, thereby creating balance.
